Charlie Diaries - Day 25

A hot and humid day today, the cowgirl was sweating like you wouldn't believe.

I heard about a guy named Benny who used to joke that he couldn't stand to see the cowgirl work so hard, so he'd pull the blinds, lol!! Not me, man, I love it, so I sat by the window and watched her sweat, Mwahaha!!

I had a good run between the mowing sessions, had a good observation/napping session, then when the cowgirl came inside to cool off, she got a little concerned, I seemed a little "off". So, she, with sweat dripping, took me outside to let me play in the creek. I had fun, she was feeling better about how I was feeling......... I got a little distracted with all the way cool critter aroma........
Then it happened.........when I took off up the driveway, I went deaf!!! And, somehow????? I ended up at the Neighbor Guy's house playing with Radar again. The cowgirl was right behind me, but again I was deaf so I had no idea she was calling me................seriously, I was deaf!

She got ahold of me, maybe a little tightly, and we marched our butts right back to the house, had a quick stop off in the creek again, and boom, I got sentenced to my crate!!! Just for visiting!! Again, isn't that what southern country people do???
Well, apparently at this establishment, there are rules.....blah blah blah rules shmules. After days locked up in my crate with no food or water, just a TV, and an AC vent, she finally let me out, took me back outside "to give me a chance to redeem myself " and nabbed me when I made a break for it.

Now it's "training collar" time, blah blah......heard that before...........

Holy hell, she DOES have one, and I "better be glad it has to be charged before use"........
I'm not worried, it can't be any big deal!
But, that look on her face has me a smidgen alarmed.............
I better go give her hugs, and look really, really cute, wish me luck!!!!
